Bret is a great partner and guide for those getting into home care. At Home Instead of Northern Milwaukee, he ensures effective communication and coordination across our location and makes sure that your family’s needs are being met.
Samantha Bentley, Operations Director
Samantha makes sure things run smoothly by managing internal operations consisting of both human resource and staffing activities while coordinating with the care management department.
Emma Breaux-Hansen, Nurse Care Manager
Emma conducts client assessments at Care Consultations and ensures quality care by visiting existing clients.
Tracie Moore, Client Services Manager
Tracie is client-focused and aims to guide you and your family into the best quality of care by conducting client assessments at Care Consultations and providing regular quality assurance visits and clients/CAREgiver introductions.
Jill Reiske, Recruitment Manager
Jill is responsible for recruiting, screening, onboarding, and orientation of new Caregivers and Aides joining the Home Instead family.
Freddy Murgatroyd, Scheduling Coordinator
Freddy is in charge of client and CAREGiver schedules. He ensures good, personalized matches between CAREgivers and clients based on their own skills and experience, interests, and availability.
Jodi Phillippi, Accounting Manager
Jodi helps keep everyone happy by processing CAREgiver payroll, managing client invoicing, and handling all other bookkeeping duties.
